budget and a second to think

i am not divesting myself of things so much as putting a stop to unnecessary purchases. After some time on a financially-necessary strict budget I am realizing how often I have purchased items for NO REASON AT ALL. I have a feeling if I post any images, they will be of things I have not purchased when I took a second to think, do i really need this and why am I considering buying this?
